Welcome To Seeability!
Now operating in St Clair
At SeeAbility, we believe disability support should be about more than simply providing a service — it should be about creating opportunities, building confidence, fostering independence, and helping people live a life they truly enjoy.
Formerly known as See Foundation, SeeAbility is a registered NDIS provider proudly supporting people with disability throughout Western Sydney. From our beautiful new program centre in St Clair, we provide a wide range of personalised supports including Day Programs, Community Access, Supported Independent Living (SIL), Short Term Accommodation (STA), Therapies, Support Coordination, and Respite Services.
See The Difference
Our purpose-built St Clair centre has been designed to create a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging environment where participants can connect with others, learn new skills, and experience meaningful opportunities both within the centre and throughout the community.
Every day is different at SeeAbility. Whether it’s creative arts, cooking, sensory experiences, hiking adventures, life skills development, community outings, gaming, fitness activities, or social events, our programs are designed around the interests, goals, and aspirations of the people we support.
SEE the Person. SEE the Potential.
Everything we do starts with getting to know you.
We take the time to understand your goals, strengths, interests, and support needs so we can create experiences that are meaningful and genuinely enjoyable. We recognise that every person is unique, which is why our supports are tailored to the individual rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
With small group sizes and a dedicated team, we focus on building strong relationships and creating an environment where participants feel valued, respected, and empowered.
Supporting People of All Abilities
We proudly support people with a diverse range of abilities and support requirements. Whether you’re looking to build confidence, increase independence, develop social connections, learn everyday life skills, or simply enjoy new experiences, our team is here to help you achieve your goals.
Our Team
Our passionate team brings experience, energy, and a genuine commitment to making a difference every day.
All SeeAbility team members are appropriately qualified and trained, hold current National Police Checks, Working With Children Checks, First Aid certification, and are committed to delivering supports that meet the highest standards of quality and care.
Most importantly, our team is made up of people who genuinely care about creating positive outcomes and helping participants live their best lives.

“At our Programs, we understand the importance of family values and the role they play in creating a supportive and nurturing environment for individuals with disabilities. We believe that every individual deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion, just as we would want for our own family members.
Our program is built on a foundation of family values, where we prioritize the well-being and happiness of each participant, and work closely with their families to ensure their needs are met. When you choose our disability company, you can trust that your loved one will be cared for in a warm and inclusive community that embraces and celebrates diversity.
We are committed to creating a family-like atmosphere where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.”
